Colin's Cottage and Douglas Cottage started life as one farm building, and now we've made it into two delightful studio cottages.
Each comprises a wonderfully roomy living space with everything to hand. In the style of the Scottish bothies, the double bed is a snug “box bed” arrangement, tucked into its own recess and curtained off - but with masses of storage space. The living area is cheerily furnished to put you in a relaxed mood, and there is T.V., video, music centre, and wifi. For the more cerebral there are plenty of books and maps to browse through. Kitchen has everything to make your holiday easy - hob, combi micro-wave, dish washer, washer/drier. Linen and towels provided. Strictly for singles or couples.
Colin's Cottage has a lovely garden which gets all the sunshine and is a fine place to sit and relax, with towering fir trees to one side, a sneaky glimpse of Ailsa Craig to the other, and fields and the farm before you. Even your dogs will find it relaxing
